The role would report directly to my VP of Special Projects (who works for me) and be responsible for corporate development projects such as:
- Managing the On-Going Customer Stratification Process
- Managing the Annual Medium Term Planning Process – 5 year outlook/forecast that guides our investment forward
- Developing and Maintaining Metrics for Inventory Management
- As needed projects such as P&L projections on new service center build outs, etc.
Of course we have processes for these things and they will work closely with Steven , the leadership team and myself on all of these.
It could be a long term position or could be one where they come in, successfully do this role for 3 years or so, then move into sales, supply chain or something else they desire.
They will have the opportunity to work directly with the leadership team and have access directly to me as well.
We will be moving our corporate office to either Katy or Sugar Land Texas in six months, so West side of Houston.
I am thinking a starting salary of high 60’s (66-68k), plus a MIP bonus of 5-10% starting out.
Again, as you see from the brief description, it is a pretty high level entry job and I need a top notch person for it.
In addition to the role, I will take a high interest in mentoring them personally so that they are successful and gain great experience from this opportunity.
