Azelis Americas University – Technical Sales Rep (Phoenix AZ area)

Azelis Americas CASE distribute specialty chemicals to the paint/coatings, adhesives and sealants, cast polymers, composites, construction/building products, plastics, printing inks, and other specialty areas.

Azelis University will indoctrinate a recent graduate ( with either a chemistry, chemical engineering, industrial distribution or supply chain degree) into a rotational program that exposes you to the culture, operations and the skills you will need to be successful technical sales representative. This is a 6-9 month program where you will rotate into various divisions and functions including; laboratorycustomer service, supply chain, operations, inside sales, and eventually shadowing a few successful technical sales reps before taking over a territory in the United States.

The successful candidate will receive in-depth training on our product lines, sales methodologies, supply chain and work in our technical support lab in Milwaukee, WI or Atlanta, GA. You will also spend some time in our Garland Texas corporate office learning customer service and inside sales. We are seeking an individual that will be willing to move and take over a successful territory in our Southwest territory (Phoenix).

Ultimately, the successful candidate will oversee all sales activities for their territory. Develop sales objectives, strategies, in coordination with sales manager to maintain and grow business in assigned territory and make recommendations to management, regarding opportunities to maximize sales in the assigned territory.

  

Appropriately schedule and meet with territory customers to build and enhance relationships, and to maintain and grow the business with new and existing customers.

Identify and contact prospective clients, generate sales proposals, and service existing accounts, ensuring quality and consistency of service and/or product delivery.
Assist in all turnover business/accounts by locating, qualifying, acquiring and managing customers through turnover process.

    Our interview process will involve an initial conversation (skype) with a recruiting consultant, and eventually face to face meetings with senior management from Azelis. We are looking for someone to start after their graduation date of Dec 2019 or May 2020.
