I own a small/medium sized custom home building company called AG Custom Homes, LLC and I do around 15-20 custom homes a year. I am looking to add a young, energetic, and hardworking member to my team. Position will be Salary (probably between $55k-$60K), insurance option, 2 weeks vacation, bonus program, fuel and vehicle maintenance paid, and Simple IRA retirement with company matching up to 3%. Most likely 1st year with bonus program would be around the $70K range. Geographic area would be I-10 west to 288 South outside of the Houston area as I specialize in rural build on your lot construction of custom homes from the $400s to over $1 million. Reliable transportation is a must and living in or near that area highly preferred.
