PAID Banquet
The PAID Distinguished Recruiters’ Banquet is an appreciation dinner for all those that dedicate their efforts and resources to PAID and the Industrial Distribution Program. This is a formal networking event for Industry Recruiters, Industry Advisory Board Members, Faculty, Staff, and Students to attend. The event consists of a networking social with hors d’ oeuvres followed by a seated dinner with an awards ceremony. The seated dinner will have industry sponsored tables where students are able to preference which company they would like to continue to network with.

What day are RSVP's due?
Please RSVP to the event by the 1st of November 2024 by 11:59 PM CST. If we do not receive an RSVP by this date and time, unfortunately, you will not be able to attend the event.
Do I only RSVP for myself?
No, please RSVP for the company as a whole.
How many representatives can I bring?
We will have 3 spots reserved for company representatives and hope to see you there!
Is there a vegan meal option?
Yes, vegan options will be available upon request. Please specify your dietary needs at the end of the RSVP form once sent out.
Who will be in attendance?
The attendees will be a mixture of esteemed faculty, industry partners and students who have shown a high level of commitment to the PAID organization.
Will there be alcohol provided?
There will be a cash bar available during the event for those who are of age and choose to partake.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is a parking garage located next to The George Hotel that is free of cost. Additionally, The George provides a valet service if you choose to utilize it. Please note that parking will not be validated.
How long does the event last?
The event will begin at 6:30 PM CST and will end at 8:30 PM CST.
