PAID Banquet
The PAID Distinguished Recruiters’ Banquet is an appreciation dinner for all those that dedicate their efforts and resources to PAID and the Industrial Distribution Program. This is a formal networking event for Industry Recruiters, Industry Advisory Board Members, Faculty, Staff, and Students to attend. The event consists of a networking social with hors d’ oeuvres followed by a seated dinner with an awards ceremony. The seated dinner will have industry sponsored tables where students are able to preference which company they would like to continue to network with.

Please RSVP by October 24, 2025 at 11:59 PM CST. RSVPs received after the deadline cannot be accommodated.
Is there a vegan meal option?
Yes. Vegan options are available upon request—please specify your dietary needs at the end of the RSVP form.
Who will be in attendance?
A mix of esteemed faculty, industry partners, and students who have shown exceptional commitment to the PAID organization.
Will there be alcohol provided?
A cash bar will be available for attendees who are of legal drinking age and choose to partake.
Is there parking available?
Yes. A parking garage connected to the hotel is available. Cost: $7.50–$13.50.
