We are a consumer electronics manufacturer of car audio equipment – amplifiers, speakers, and subwoofers. Our manufacturing is done over in China and we sell the product online in the USA through a variety of sales channels including Amazon, eBay, and our online Shopify website.
We are one of the fastest growing companies in Houston, TX. Last month we posted $290K in sales. The same month last year we only posted $50K. Earlier this year, I brought on Matt Muschenheim (ID class of 2020) to run my warehouse operations. We are now looking for a person to run our customer service department. The person would also help out in the warehouse with picking and packing orders as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee operational business processes required to run a digital commerce business with an emphasis on responsiveness, quality, and a superlative customer experience.
- Manage remote customer service staff of 3 people to ensure that all eCommerce customer service issues are resolved quickly and accurately.
- Provide feedback to the team with suggestions to improve the customer experience.
- Implement and redesign return and warranty process and provide monthly reporting.
- Help out in warehouse as needed with picking and packing orders.
- Report directly to the CEO
