S&B is seeking Inside Sales employees as we continue to build out our sales team. This is a full time, in person, salaried position. S&B heavily restricts distribution and instead focuses on a direct to dealer and consumer strategy. We service over 3,000 dealer accounts directly which range from hundreds to multi millions in annual revenue. Our dealers love us as we enforce a strict unilateral pricing policy to ensure that all dealers make their full margins while providing the high quality products S&B is known for. The recent influx of new product lines has created an opportunity for many new dealers to come on board as we’ve entered new markets. The rapid, recent increase in SKUs also presents cross selling potential as we now offer over a dozen SKUs for some vehicles. All of these new opportunities create the urgent need to strengthen our inside sales team.
A Bachelor’s degree with some industry experience is required. Automotive enthusiasm is preferred. Computer proficiency required as S&B operates on Salesforce and Netsuite. Excellent customer service and communication skills are required. Sales works very closely with management and marketing. We work with ADP to provide an extremely competitive benefits package.
