Good afternoon! I wanted to share that we have posted our 2022 MT/EFLS/Intern opportunities. Please feel free to share these opportunities with friends, colleagues, former classmates, family, your network, etc. We are still working to confirm locations, so that information isn’t available yet. For interns, we will likely keep 2 per division (headquarters location) and 1 in the NOC.

Interns – Paid internship. Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or graduate degree program at an accredited university at the time of application and throughout the duration of the internship. Less than three (3) years of work experience in a professional work environment. (There are also GPA requirements.)
Management Trainees – Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree from an accredited university to be completed prior to hire OR have obtained a degree within the past three (3) years. Less than three (3) years of work experience in a professional work environment. (There are also GPA requirements.)
EFLS (Experienced First Line Supervisor) – This program is designed for someone with at least 3 years of work experience supervising 5 or more employees in a fast-paced, operations and/or logistics environment or 2 years or more of military experience. Our preferred candidates will have Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline, have five (5) years of work or military experience supervising 15 or more employees in a fast-paced Business Management, Operations and/or Logistics environment and have experience supervising a unionized workforce.
